The program is grounded in three classical Indian knowledge systems Yoga, Sankhya, and Nyay. Not as philosophy to study. As operational logic for how the four days are sequenced. Yoga settles the body. Sankhya explains the internal states causing the disturbance. Nyay provides structured tools for clearer thinking and decision-making. The sequence is not arbitrary. It has been the same for a very long time.
You cannot wish stress away. You cannot outrun it with productivity hacks. But you can fundamentally change how your mind and body respond to it.
